Michael joined the team in 2014. As Residential Estates' Investments Manager, Michael is responsible for managing the entire investments team.
Originally from Cumbria, Michael started work at his parents' dairy farm that he grew up on before also taking on part-time work at a local log yard.
Michael moved to Chester in 2010 where he studied at the University and later graduated with a 1st Class BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. Michael now utilises his degree within Residential Estates' Investments Team.
Now, Michael is responsible for managing and overseeing the investments team in all their tasks, client approach and sales. His role involves a variety of tasks including helping to source developments to add to our portfolio and bring to the market, managing the internal sales team, managing part of the external sub-agent network and liaising with developers throughout the sales process.
After purchasing his first property a few years ago, Michael aims to develop his own portfolio in the upcoming years. Outside of work, Michael enjoys socialising with friends at music and sports events, playing golf and visiting his family farm when he gets the chance.
