Stephen Christley

Stephen joined Residential Estates as Business Development Executive in April 2019. He has over 16 years of experience in the property industry.

Prior to joining Residential Estates, Stephen was the Corporate Department Manager for a nationwide estate agency overseeing a portfolio of over 2000 properties for over 40 different clients. At university, Stephen obtained an AAT Level 2 in Accountancy.

Now, Stephen is responsible for bringing in new business for the Residential Estates' Short Term Let Department. He liaises with both current and new clients to start to develop and strengthen relationships. He also assists new investors, offering Residential Estates' Short Term Let services to help them get their property on the right property platforms.

Stephen mainly focuses on supporting the clients after their Short Term Property purchase. He gives guidance on which options may suit a client best in order for them to maximise their income on their new investment. 

Outside of work, Stephen is an avid fan of all sports especially football where he is a season ticket holder at Tranmere Rovers.
